The Hebrew word " Tamim " means Without Blemish, and is the technical word for bodily and physical perfection, and not moral. Hence it is used of animals of sacrificial purity.

In Genesis 6: 1-13

The fallen angels of satan came down from heaven, to seduce  " Beguiled " women and animals. These fallen angels refused to be born thru woman. and father had to destroy them, in flesh only at this time, because there soul is not dead as of yet. not until the second death of judgment. in other scriptures the same fallen angels will come again to seduce men and woman both.

They are ( Wise in Wisdom, and have Greater Knowledge) They will come with satan to deceive even the Elect if that was possible. Noah and his family did not inter mix with the Bad Angels. His family was true to God and therefore the Pure good seed line was for the birth of Christ. If you don't understand all of the people upon the earth at that time, had intermixed with them.

Psalms119:1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.

This shows that Genesis 6:9 does not speak of Noah's moral perfection, but tells us that he and his family alone had preserved their pedigree and kept it pure, in spite of the prevailing corruption brought about by the fallen angels.
