When a male sperm intern's in to a woman ovary's, An Angel of God brings forth the Soul and Spirit of that child, and places it into the mothers womb. Why cant we see that ? Because there in a different Dimension. Also when a butcher kills a newborn baby in its mothers womb. (Abortion) it is premeditated murder.

(Note) This is man's law and not God's. If a person takes a life, then the person who was a murdered, must face the one they murdered. Face to face. If that person forgives them, then its Christ's decision to judge their souls to live or die. If this happens their name will be blotted out forever, and they excesses to exist.

Exodus 21:22 If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.

10. True is Correct: Question was: Someone hurts a pregnant woman and because of that, she gives birth. If the woman and or the newborn baby die, The person that hurt them must die as well ?

(Note) The Civil Laws of God has not changed. People who has premeditated to murder someone can not be forgiving in the flesh here. Why you say ? Because that person has to take it up with the one they murdered before the Courts of God in person. If that person forgives them, they still have to go before Christ for forgiveness of their deed they did in the flesh.
